Highly recommend
Been using these for 18 months now. They definitely help with my periods which are now lighter and I no longer suffer with period pains or pms. I can't recommend these enough to any woman that suffers monthly with their cycle. They have changed My life. My period used to cripple me for days but not anymore. I suffer with no pains whatsoever now. No mood swings and my period is around 50% lighter.

Peri menopause relief
I purchased these vitamins to help with perimenopause symptoms, in particular to help my mood. I have been taking this for little under a month in combination with the Maca tablets and I am really seeing a difference. I will definitely purchase again
